Luanda - Sixty-two works, of the 195 projects planned by the Integrated Intervention Plan in the Municipalities (PIIM) in Luanda province, were completed in January this year.
The Director of Study, Planning and Statistics Office of the provincial government, João Nelson Catinda, announced this during a Stock-taking Special Session chaired by
Luanda governor, Ana Paula de Carvalho.
The manager said that the completed social projects are benefitting the population, adding that the intention is to continue until the conclusion of the others.
João Nelson Catinda guaranteed that each municipality will inaugurate four works of social impact by June this year.
In July 202, Luanda had only 20 completed projects, while in last January the province managed to unveil more than 40 infrastructure.
The official explained that last month there was an increase of 20 new projects, which amounts to 195. But some actions were shifted due to the poor budget.
