Luanda - Angola ambassador Rui Orlando Xavier handed over on Thursday his Letters of Credence to the President of the Republic of Madagascar Andry Rajoelina.
The act served to strengthen bilateral relations between the Republic of Angola and Madagascar, which have been marked by strong cooperation since the proclamation of National Independence in 1975.
On the occasion, Ambassador Rui Xavier took the opportunity to invite businesspeople from Madagascar to explore business opportunities in Angola, a challenge supported by President Andry Rajoelina.
Rui Orlando Xavier is also Angola's ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to South Africa and non-resident in Lesotho and Madagascar.
