Luanda - The Angolan Ambassador, Eustáquio Januário Quibato, on Thursday in Conakry, delivered the copies of his credentials for his accreditation in the Republic of Guinea.
According to a press release, the Guinean Foreign minister, Mourisanda Kouyate, received the legal instrument that allows the Angolan diplomat to begin duties in Guinea.
During the audience granted to him, the diplomat presented the guidelines that will guide the relaunch of bilateral and multilateral cooperation relations between the two countries.
“We express the desire to strengthen cooperation especially in the economic field in the interests of our two peoples”, he said.
Eustáquio Januário Quibato, is also Angola´s ambassador to Nigeria, Benin and Niger.
Biographical data
Eustáquio Januário Quibato, 59 years old, has a master's degree in Strategy, a degree in Economics and a degree in International Relations from the Academy of African Studies in Russia and the Center for Strategic Studies in Brasília, Brazil.
He has postgraduate degrees in Pedagogy, as well as in Strategy Theory, carried out in Portugal. He also studied Geostrategy at the Center for Strategic Studies in Munich, Germany.
The diplomat speaks fluent English, French, German, Russian, Spanish, Kimbundu, Oshiwambo and Afrikaans and his career in diplomacy began in the late 1980s, where he was second deputy chief secretary of the Angolan Diplomatic Mission in Zambia.
