Luanda – The proposal of changes to the Angolan Passport Law and the Regulation on Exit from and Entrance to the national territory of Angolan citizens will go to final vote at the 2nd Plenary Ordinary Meeting of the National Assembly (parliament), slated to happen this February 20th.
The information was given this Friday to the press by the second secretary of meetings of the National Assembly, Amélia Judith Ernesto, in the end of a conference of whips, a gathering chaired by the National Assembly Speaker. Carolina Cerqueira.
The Feb.20 meeting will also serve for MPs to express their votes in relation to the bill that creates the Medal Commemorative of the 50th Independence anniversary of Angola, as well as the bill on Clinical and Bio-medical Investigation.
In the ambit of its competences of monitoring and supervision, the National Assembly will analyse and vote on the State Budget (OGE) Execution relating to the Third Quarter of 2024.
On the same day, ANGOP learnt, the members of the National Assembly will equally look into pertinent internal issues, such as the institution’s accounts reports for the years 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
