Huambo - The President of the Republic, João Lourenço, is at the Manuel Rui Monteiro Cultural Center (CCMRM), where he attends the highest point of the celebrations of January 8, National Culture Day.

This year, the celebrations of the National Cultural Day are framed in the context of the 50th anniversary of National Independence, which is celebrated on November 11th.
