Luanda – Angolan Vice President, Esperança da Costa, presides over on Thursday the opening act of the Forum of Biologists of Angola.
According to a press release, the event is part of the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of National Independence and will take place in a hybrid format under the motto “The role of the biologist in the sustainable development of Angola”.
The event aims to create programmatic harmony, improve biology teaching, as well as contribute to the development of society and the challenges that still prevail in this area.
It will be attended by lecturers from Portugal, Mozambique and Brazil with issues related to the topics such as “The role of the biology in the reinforcement of food systems”, “Strategy in the Association of Biologists of Angola”, “Innovative techniques for integrating complex biological data”, “Biology education and teaching, challenges and perspectives”, as well as “Human biology and health”.
