Luanda – The Angolan Head of State João Lourenço, on Monday in Luanda, hailed World Earth Day as a day to reflect on the need to preserve the natural habitat we live in.
Through his facebook page, the Angolan president said the "survival of humanity depends on our rational behavior in managing the soil, sea, fauna and the flora".
Joõa Lourenço underscored that life must be cared for so that the planet is favorable to life.
World Earth Day is celebrated on April 22. The event, established by the United Nations, serves as a call to rethink our daily actions in search of a more sustainable world.
