Talatona - A new software called 'Sage Africa in Angola', an innovative solution aimed at financial and human resources management was launched Thursday in Luanda.
With a focus on increasing the operational efficiency of public and private institutions, the tool was placed on the market by Kitomondo company.
According to the company's consultant and representative, Wallace Jacinto, the software will improve the quality of process control and implementation, offering tools adapted to the specific needs of customers.
'Whether you're enhancing business operations, improving road safety, or managing critical equipment, we're here to support you every step of the way,' he said.
He pointed out that the software was specially developed for the African context and in Angola it is fully adapted to the country's tax and legal requirements, with the SAF-T (Standard Audit File for Tax), VAT, accounting in national currency (kwanza) and the guidelines of the General Tax Administration (AGT).
According to Wallace Jacinto, the product offers a high level of productivity and efficiency. 'It is a 100 percent productive and efficient tool.
With it, the manager or employee will have more free time to perform other strategic functions', he guaranteed.
The consultant stressed that the markets of the Portuguese-speaking African Countries (PALOP) have historically been dependent on solutions such as spring, but there is room for new, more robust and competitive options.
After its launch in South Africa and Mozambique, 'Sage Africa' arrives in Angola with the aim of transforming management in institutions through digitalization and process automation.
According to him, the software is already used by more than 11,000 employees worldwide.
' One of the great differentials is its integrated platform, which allows employees to access the payroll and update data such as the number of dependents without having to physically resort to the human resources department', he explained.
Kitomondo further offers a wide range of specialized services, including information technology (IT) solutions, speed equipment calibration, automation of fuel pumps and tank systems, as well as electronic and electrical repair services.
'Sage Africa in Angola' is an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) of the British multinational Sage, specialized in management software and with a consolidated presence in several African countries, which includes Angola.
The proposal is to modernize the internal systems of companies, promoting control, transparency and efficiency in operations.
