Luanda - The Minister of State for Economic Coordination, José de Lima Massano, on Monday in Luanda, directed the creation of a working group to produce sufficient information to resolve the issues raised by the country's private real estate sector actors.

According to the executive secretary of the National Council of Public Works, António Resende, who was speaking to the press, at the end of the second Ordinary Meeting of the Plenary of the National Council of Public Works, the group will have 30 days to carry out the same survey and 90 days to present the report and be discussed.

He stressed that some issues raised at the meeting are of immediate resolution, such as the interaction of the private sector with the public, in which they will provide support for this situation to be resolved.

At the meeting, the various real estate developers presented their major problems that are linked to the legalization and invasion of land, articulation of the private with the public and issues related to infrastructure, such as water, energy, accessibility, among others.

In turn, the representative of the company Hemera Capital Partens, Joana Pinheiro, said that the meeting was productive, as the Government expressed its willingness to listen and work to resolve the difficulties faced.

The representative of Proimoveis e Tecnogide, Gideoni André, said he had defended the creation and approval of National Plans for Infrastructure, Requalification and Conservation and Spatial Planning.

He considered that these suggestions will help the private sector to improve and contribute to solving the problems of the class, as well as helping to mitigate the blatant demand for decent housing. SJ/QCB/DOJ
