To this end, they began contacts, Saturday, with the Angolan delegation at Expo 2023, which has been taking place in the Qatari capital since October last year.

He stated that, despite this Expo being horticultural, the country has also promoted tourism, highlighting the provinces of Namibe, Benguela and Luanda and the Okavango project, with “a lot of interest” from investors in visiting these locations, with emphasis on businessmen from the Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Brazil and European countries.
Herbert Ferreira indicated that the interest focuses mainly on the agricultural and mining sectors, stressing that the new private investment law, which ended the obligation for partnerships and the lack of a minimum amount to invest, has encouraged investors
foreigners.
