Uíge - Santa Rita de Cássia from Uíge lost on Sunday to Kabuscorp do Palanca by 0-2, thus jeopardizing their continuation in the First Division National Football Championship (Girabola 24/25).

With the defeat, the Catholics (Santa Rita's nickname), who remain without a win in this 2nd round, are placed 16th in the standing table, with 14 points, against 30 from Kabuscorp, in 9th.

The game took place at 4 de Janeiro Stadium, in the province of Uíge, and the goals were scored by Gigal in the 65' and 83'.

At the end, Santa Rita de Cássia's assistant coach, António Dicas, acknowledged that the defeat worsened his team's situation in the championship table, but he promised to work harder to triumph in the next games.

In turn, the head coach of Kabuscorp do Palanca, Beto Bianchi, said that the objective is really to keep the team in the top division.

In the next round, Santa Rita will play at home again, against Luanda City, while Kabuscorp will host Recreativo do Libolo.
