Luanda – Non operating or unused aircrafts grounded at Luanda’s “4 de Fevereiro” International Airport should be removed within six- month period, starting from January.
This comes in a Notice dated 27 December issued by the Ministry of Transport and signed by the incumbent minister, Ricardo D’Abreu.
All entities who have previously been notified should pay the relevant fees to the State for their aircrafts grounded for this period of time.
The document, reached Angop Tuesday, urges the holders, owners or keepers of aircrafts, who are covered by the Notice, to contact the Civil Aviation Board Authority, for further detail.
Non compliance with the procedure, after the deadline, the means will be declared lost in favour of the State, warns the document.
