Luanda - The instant transfer and payment system called “KWiK-Kwanza Instantâneo”, created by the National Bank of Angola (BNA), is now available on the “PayPay” digital platform, with a view to making it easier for customers to move money without leaving from home.
Specifically, the system allows users to make payments and money transfers immediately without restrictions on channels and distances, according to a press release sent to ANGOP today.
Quoted in the note, the founder and executive director of that company, Wilson Ganga, said that this service has changed the way Angolans make payments and receive money electronically.
“PayPay to KWiK promises to further revolutionize the Angolan financial landscape, making transactions faster, more convenient and more accessible than ever. We are excited to offer our users an innovative and efficient payment experience,” he assured.
According to the source, the digital platform is the first in the Angolan market that allows users to make payments at any time of the day and location, representing a revolution in the way financial transactions are carried out in Angola.
Authorized by the National Bank of Angola (BNA), through license no. 420, the PayPay app is available for download on the Google Play Store and the App Store.
Owned by the Angolan company “Conectando”, which has been operating in Angola since 2021, PayPay has more than 800 thousand users and three thousand commercial establishments, from restaurants, canteens, pharmacies and supermarkets registered throughout the national territory. HM/QCB/DOJ
