Cacuaco – The Criminal Investigation Service (SIC) in Angola arrested Tuesday a football coach in the country’s capital, Luanda, for allegedly sexually assaulting a 15-year-old athlete.
The information was disclosed by the SIC-Luanda spokesman Fernando de Carvalho, who reiterated that the arrest followed complaints made by the child's mother after she found messages exchanged between the two.
In the messages, the coach promised to give the child a mobile phone if agreed to have sex with him, a request that was accepted and carried out in the coach's flat.
According to the SIC spokesperson, the minor confirmed the acts and the case forwarded to the courts for criminal liability. SEC/OHA/AMP
