Cazenga – At least 3,520 teachers from beginner to grade 10, in Cazenga neighbourhood, Luanda, are being trained in essential pedagogical skills, since Monday, within the framework of the 2024-2025 academic year.
The training, lasting five days, addresses topics related to students' emotional intelligence, the ability to work as a team, communication, entrepreneurship, as well as the teaching, learning and assessment process.
During the event, the Cazenga municipal administrator, Nádia Neto, said that it aims to provide participants with pedagogical tools to better transmit content to students.
On the other hand, still as part of the preparation for the start of the 2024/2025 school year, on the same day the government official visited the municipality's school establishments and held a meeting with their directors.
The municipality of Cazenga has more than 118 public schools, distributed across the urban districts of Tala Hadi, Hojiya-Henda, Cazenga Popular, Kima Kieza, 11 de Novembro and Calawenda. KAM/OHA/MRA/DOJ
