Ondjiva – A total of 14,573 liters of fuel for sale in the neighboring Republic of Namibia were seized by members of the National Police, in the southern Cunene Province, ANGOP learned today.
These are 8,093 liters of gasoline and 6,480 liters of diesel, allegedly purchased at gas stations in Ondjiva, Namacunde and Ombadja.
The director of the Institutional Communication office of the National Police Command, Nicolau Tuvecalelea, told ANGOP this Monday that during the operation it was possible to seize 2 vehicles transporting the aforementioned fuel.
