Luanda - The activity plan and the budget of the National Social Security Institute (INSS) for the year 2025 are being discussed by the ordinary consultative council of the institution since Monday in Luanda.
The two-day meeting will discuss the new coverage of social security, issues such as the rules and procedures of public administration, as well as issues of public procurement and management of public assets.
The Council was opened by the Minister of Public Administration, Labor and Social Security, Teresa Rodrigues Dias, who called for reflection on the definition of strategies to guide the functioning and progress of the body.
Teresa Dias highlighted the government's mandate to work on the proposal to revise the Basic Law of Social Protection, in order to keep up with the significant advances in the economic and social sectors.
