Luanda – Angolan minister of Public Administration, Labour and Social Security Teresa Dias Friday urged the new Board of Directors of the National School of Administration and Public Policies (ENAPP) for greater transparency in the process of public tenders.
ENAPP is responsible for the Single Recruitment Entity (ERU), the institution in charge of the admission process and access to the Local and Central Administration of the State.
Teresa Dias, who addressing an inauguration of the new ENAPP Board of Directors, said that so far the process of public tenders has gone well.
But the minister said she hopes that the new team continue to improve the procedures, in order to have an outcome that all Angolans expect, being transparent and efficient.
In relation to the training process, Teresa Dias asked that trainers be hired to match the trainees and that the courses make up the dynamics of the needs.
ENAPP, she stressed, has a structure created with all the necessary conditions, with a universe of workers who have been following its evolution since the beginning and this will facilitate the work of the new staff.
The minister asked the Board of Directors to work as a team and have mutual attention with the Single Recruiting Entity (ERU).
“We often see some protests from trainees, claiming that the training is not at the level of expectations and objectives”, she revealed.
The minister asked the new Board of Directors to work on the remuneration policy, paying the same salary to those who do the same work.
The official added that the new members of the ENAPP Council were carefully selected, as they have an adequate curriculum and have shown commitment to their professionalism.
The new Board of Directors of ENAPP is chaired by Sandra Cristina dos Reis Rodrigues Alves.
The Administration for the Training area is headed by Édmio Flávio Macundy Fernando.
Osmar Valdik Victório dos Santos is in charge of Administration and Finance, Herinelto da Fonseca Josefa Casimiro, for Research and Extension and, Rosa João Graça, for Business and Internationalisation.
