Luanda - The minister for Youth and Sports, Palmira Barbosa, Thursday in Luanda said she was willing to work with youth organisations to improve young people's social conditions.
The minister was speaking to the press at the end of an audience she granted to the national first secretary of the ruling party’s youth wing (JMPLA), Crispiniano dos Santos, aimed at listening to the expectations of this institution in the scope of the alignment of the Angolan Executive actions to the government programme which was presented in the 24th August general elections.
According to Palmira Barbosa, regarding employment and housing, partnerships will be made to make it achievable.
On his turn, the JMPLA national secretary, Crispiniano dos Santos, requested practical actions for the Executive’s programmes designed for young people.
He considered it essential to have a future vision so that the programmes for the youth become practical and concrete.
According to Crispiniano dos Santos, the problems, the wishes and aspirations of the youth should be treated carefully as this is the largest section of the Angolan people and contributes to the country's development.
For the leader of the MPLA´s youth wing, the ministerial departments should make the government programme feasible.
