Luanda- The future Civil Basic Basic Law will allow for career progression and regular staff registration, through the Integrated Human Resources Management System (SINGER), Minister Teresa Dias said Tuesday in Luanda.
The minister of Public Administration, Labor and Social Security, who was speaking in an interview with at TPA (Angolan Public Television), added that the registration will allow the cross out of possible ghost workers, with human resources managers trained for such acts.
Regarding career progression, Teresa Dias said that she will solve the situation of many employees who, even with completed training, continue to receive as lower-level technicians.
The Cabinet minister pointed out that the new law also limits the age to 45 years to enter the public administration.
