Luanda - The journalist António de Sousa released Friday in Luanda a book entitled "Digital Diplomacy - A solution for promoting Angola’s image".
The book aims to promote Angola's potential abroad and initially tells the story of Angolan diplomacy. It is divided into three chapters and has 109 pages.
To him, the book will make it easier to attract direct investment and tourists, showing an Angola that is developing and whose doors are open to good people.
For António de Sousa, the book presents a challenge to young people, the media, diplomats and academics, since it provides a very important subsidy to the new era we are living in.
Government officials praise the book
The sales and autograph session was attended by the governor of Luanda, Manuel Homem, the Secretary of State for Social Communication, Nuno Albinos Caldas, the Angolan ambassador to Botswana, Beatriz Morais, among other figures.
For the governor of Luanda province Manuel Homem, this book is highly symbolic and will guide Angola’s digital diplomacy.
The governor said the book will inspire society in general to understand the importance of a more digital form of governance that brings citizens closer together.
