Matala – The Executive Committee of the Congregational Church in Angola (IECA) in Huíla, which met in the municipality of Matala, encouraged the Angola Government to find effective mechanisms to reverse the state of difficulties in the national economy, “investing rigorously” in national production.
The evangelical leaders admitted, in a message released Tuesday that the current macroeconomic situation, characterized by galloping inflation, should not discourage the government, having encouraged it to continue with efforts to control inflation, the creation of jobs, the fight against hunger and poverty.
As paths to follow, IECA defends a “serious bet” on industrial and family farming, believing that with the will of Angolans the current situation will soon be resolved.
