Luena - The Moxico government reiterates its commitment to improve the provision of public services, with a view to satisfying users, the director of the provincial Human Resources office, José Brás Luís, said Tuesday.
The official made the statement at the opening of a two-day training event, which aims to train public administration technicians and managers on different topics to improve the provision of public services and user satisfaction.
According to the official, the current dynamics require reinforced investment in human capital, with permanent updating of skills and the building of a solid network of professionals committed to excellence to better respond to the complex challenges of public administration.
"We're here to learn from each other, to identify the best practices that can be adopted in our local reality," he said.
The training session will cover, among other topics, professional ethics and deontology in the Public Administration, social security affiliation and contributions, the new General Labor Law and the impact of registering with the employment center. ISAU/TC/YD/TED/AMP
