Saurimo - The governor of Lunda-Sul, Daniel Neto, on Tuesday said that over the last five years the province has benefited from a gradual budget increase in the State Budget, which allowed more social projects to be carried out.
Speaking at the opening of the second ordinary meeting of the local government the governor said this year is no exception, with an increase in the budget, especially in the health sector.
Neto added that the local government has been working with the Ministry of Finance to ensure that the medical and health centers benefit from their own financial resources to better serve the communities.
According to the governor, efforts are underway to register new projects linked to the public investment portfolio.
