Caxito - Bengo province has around 20 billion Kwanzas for the multi-annual implementation of the Integrated Municipal Intervention Program, PIIM, the local director of Study, Planning and Statistics Office, Belarmino Alberto de Matos, said Thursday.
The official disclosed the figures, while presenting the PIIM and PIDLCP at the first meeting of the Provincial Community Consultation Council.
According to the official, the amount is earmarked for public investment projects (AKZ 16.7 billion) and development support spending (AKZ 3.3 billion).
He said that of the 115 projects approved for the province, 58 have been completed, 35 are underway, 13 have been paralyzed and 13 have yet to start.
In Ambriz municipality, out of a total of 13 projects, there are six completed, five in progress, one paralyzed and one yet to start, while in Bula Atumba, out of a total of 12 approved, seven are completed, two in progress, two paralyzed and one yet to start.
The provincial government, with 30 projects under its responsibility, has completed ten, with nine underway, four paralyzed and seven yet to start.CJ/IF/TED/AMP
