Caxito - The governor of Bengo province, Maria Nelumba, on Tuesday appealed to municipal administrators for their patriotism and commitment to the social and economic development of the province.
The governor made this appeal during the inauguration ceremony of the recently appointed deputy municipal and communal administrators, highlighting that the actions of the administrations must protect the public interest.
She urged them to have an open, transparent, participatory and responsible management in order to meet the population’s desires.
Maria Nelumba called for rigor in the execution of social projects and permanent dialogue with the population through proximity governance.
Osvaldo Custódio took office as deputy administrator of the municipality of Dande, Deodato Bote (Bula Atumba) and João António (Pango Aluquém), while Ambrósio Mamata Pambo took office as administrator of the commune of Quicabo and Ana Fula (Bula Atumba).
In the same vein, Raquel Castelo took office as deputy administrator of the municipality of Ambriz, Rafael Maiono (Bula Atumba) and Madalena Pascoal (Pango Aluquém). PA/MRA/DOJ
