Menongue - The governor of Cuando Cubango province, José Martins, reiterated the need to combine efforts of all social actors for the multifaceted development of the country and the province in particular.
"We have been saying repeatedly that the secret of success lies in unity. We must have unity in thinking, working and winning battles. Only by doing that will we achieve good results", said José Martins, who was speaking at the year-end greetings ceremony on Monday night.
According to the governor, the country has been able to guarantee the inviolability of the borders, the preservation of peace and of National Independence, the territorial integrity, the freedom and the security of the populations against any aggression and external or even internal threat, using all legitimate and adequate means for the defence of its national interests.
