Moçamedes- The Namibe governor, Archer Mangueira, appealed today to the officials to commit themselves more in the execution of the programmes designed to meet the population's needs.
Only this way, said the governor, it will be possible to consolidate the measures taken by the government, as well as the ongoing restructuring to improve the social situation.
For that, he also defended team work, asking everyone to adapt to the new operating paradigm.
Mangueira was speaking at the swearing in of the new director of the provincial office of Culture, Pedro Vladmiro, and of the head of the Sports department, Baptista Matuca.
In relation to the tourism sector, he said that work should be done to discover and catalogue new tourist sites in several locations, rock paintings, historical sites, among others.
