Huambo – At least 100 human resources managers from public and private institutions were trained Thursday in the preparation and use of electronic payslips, in an initiative by the National Social Security Institute (INSS).
The training session, which took place over a few hours, was aimed at responding to the concerns of institutions regarding the control of workers and the compulsory use of electronic payslips.
The head of the INSS services in Huambo province, Afonso Chiwale, explained that the electronic sheet is an electronic enrolment and contribution tool developed by the National Social Security Institute for its taxpayers, with the aim of making it easier for them to fulfill their obligations.
He said that the fact that most of the budgetary units have given up on this system has resulted in huge constraints, both in terms of controlling the number of workers and access to their social security benefits, whether retirement or pensions.
The participants appreciated the INSS initiative, which is in favor of protecting and safeguarding workers' rights. MLV/JSV/ALH/DAN/AMP
