Luanda - Former Angola Press Agency (ANGOP) journalist António José Piçarra passed away on Monday in Luanda at the age of 67, a victim of illness.
The diseased joined the ANGOP staff in the 1980s, having held various roles, including Editor of the Political Desk, National Chief Editor and Regional Delegate in the provinces of Huíla, Namibe and Cunene.
Born in Luanda, he also worked in the editorial area of the company Executive Center, owner of several magazines, such as “Economia e Mercado”, “Sabores” and “Austral”. ART/CF/DOJ
