Luanda - National Assembly Specialised Commission started Monday the discussion on the Proposal of Law that Approves the Labour Procedure Code.
The MPs approved some articles, of the 230 of this diploma, which will allow to unify and systematise the various separate rules on procedural labour law and provide a better search for legal certainty and security.
The proposal intends to introduce some reforms, such as the reformulation and characterisation of procedural assumptions.
The intention is to review the issue of judicial capacity, legitimacy, prerogative of representing the State and other persons appointed by the Public Ministry.
