Cabinda- At least 30 Angolan citizens who were stranded in the cities of Matadi, Boma and Vila de Muanda, Central Congo province, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), returned on Monday to the country through the land border of Yema, in norther Cabinda province.
The group is made up of 11 men and 19 women, plus a Congolese couple with three minor children living in Cabinda province, who were subjected to rapid testing against Covid-19.
Ruben Fatima Buco, spokesman for the Provincial Commission of Covid-19 in Cabinda, appealed to those recently returned to comply with home isolation during 14 days.
The director of the Migration and Foreign Service in Cabinda, João Joveth Ângelo, said that the process ran smoothly.
