Luanda - The first edition of the cycle of conferences on finance, investment and business, known as the “Fin Summit”, which opened Saturday in Luanda, is a window of opportunity for youth investment, the financial educator and promoter of the event Euclides Francisco has said.
Euclides Francisco said for this reason, banks with investment and venture capital backgrounds have gathered on site to invest in businesses, embryonic processes and beyond, with capital of up to 20 million US dollars.
He stressed that the entrepreneurs were there not to seek money, but also to exchange knowledge and partners, since initiatives of this kind bring together different people.
The event promoter considered financial freedom to be a process that goes through various stages such as dependence, solvency, stability and independence, which will lead to the generation of passive income through investment or business.
He explained that, over two days, more than two thousand participants, divided into three different rooms with simultaneous meetings, will learn more about the financial sector, share experiences and do business alongside experienced experts in the field.
Francisco said they intend to hold the event every year in the different provinces of the country, as the aim is to put Angola in first place in financial literacy in Africa and transform the lives of individuals and families. SJ/SC/TED/AMP
