Viana - More than 700 families from the community of Kitokoloca, perimeter of the Special Economic Zone (ZEE) will receive their homes in the next quarter in the Kikuxi2 neighborhood, municipality of Viana.
This information was given Monday by the director of the projects and urban planning area at ZEE, Helga Vicente, during the visit of the municipal administrator of Viana, Demétrio de Sepúlveda, to the project.
He said that the project comprises a total area of 32 hectares where 778 lots are built, with housing being built in the first phase and then social facilities.
To date, 60 T2-type houses are already in the completion phase, out of a total of 778 planned in the Kikuxi2 neighborhood to relocate families currently residing in the Kitokoloca area, perimeter of the Special Economic Zone (ZEE).
Helga Vicente informed that the first hundred houses could be delivered in the next quarter, explaining that the total project will be delivered in August 2025.
The municipal administrator of Viana, Demétrio de Sepúlveda, said it was the realization of a dream for the community and the solution to a problem that had been going on for a long time.
He added that ZEE had a very good opening, within the scope of its social responsibility, in partnership with the administration that identified the space, having already built 60 houses. HDC / PA / TED/DOJ
