Luanda – Luanda’s Bela municipality said it will launch administrative and municipal structure within 18 months.
Luanda governor, Joana Lina, laid the first stone for the construction of structure during a ceremony held in Kilamba satellite city.
The contract, the second of its kind, after that of Catumbela (coastal Benguela province), launched in October this year, is part of the project portfolio of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and State Reform (MATRE), included in the Integrated Intervention Plan for Municipalities (PIIM).
Estimated at AKz 4.4 billion, the project will have two floors and three accesses for the functioning of the areas of the municipalities and administration areas.
The undertaking includes 16 departments, two auditoriums, one of which with a capacity for 86 seats, offices, parking lot and other areas.
