The report, with the slogan “End the impasse: reinventing cooperation in a polarized world”, indicates that Angola is in position 150 out of a total of 193 countries with “very high”, “high”, “medium” and “human development”. low". The list of countries with Very High Human Development is led by Switzerland, with 0.967, while Portugal, with a value of 0.874, in 42nd position, is the only Portuguese-speaking country in the category.
Brazil, another Portuguese-speaking country, is part of the "High Human Development" classification, with 0.760, in 89th place, which includes African countries such as Libya, with a value of 0.742 in 92nd position, Algeria (0.746/93rd), Egypt (0.728/105º), Tunisia (0.732/101º), South Africa (0.717/110º) and Botswana (0.708/114º).
Nigeria, with 0.548, in position 161, appears on the list of countries with "Low Human Development", as do Rwanda, Togo, Mauritania, Côte d'Ivoire, Tanzania, Lesotho, Senegal, Sudan, Djibouti, Mauritania, Malawi, Benin, Gambia, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Liberia, Madagascar and Guinea-Bissau.
