Luanda - The Angolan society highlighted Monday the contribution of Don Benedito Roberto in improving the social conditions of communities.
In reaction to the death of the Metropolitan Archbishop of Malanje, victim of an illness, Angolans of the most varied quarters have praised his contribution to the struggle for the improvement of social and economic conditions, with particular emphasis on combating alcoholism among young people.
According to the governor of Malanje, Norberto dos Santos "Kwata Kanawa", points out that as a religious leader, he was an advocate and advisor to the government and young people on the resolution of social problems.
"Very active, an adviser, a man of peace, a partner who has done a great deal to help messages on preventing Covid-19, combating excessive alcohol consumption within the young people, prostitution and other evils that devastate the society, reach the villages further away", he says.
The same feeling is expressed by the governor of Lunda Norte, Ernesto Muangala, who highlights the action of the religious leader in the search for solutions for the improvement of the health and education sectors in the municipality of Xá Muteba.
