Luanda - A delegation from the National Electricity Distribution Company (ENDE), led by its chairman Hélder Adão is since Monday in Cape Verde to exchange experience in terms of commercialization, operation and marketing with ELECTRA, Electricity Company.
Speaking to ANGOP on Tuesday, ENDE's spokesperson, Osvaldo Quilo, said Cape Verde has a great deal of experience in this field, especially in implementing strategies to reduce technical and commercial losses.
He added that this exchange of experience is aimed at boosting ENDE's services, mainly in terms of distribution, control and fault repair.
During their five-day stay, the Angolan delegation will visit ELECTRA's infrastructures.
Osvaldo Quilo also said that in June, the ENDE team was in Mozambique for the same purpose.
Cape Verde has around 148,000 customers, 12,000 of whom are on the pre-paid system. AMC/OHA/DAN/AMP
