Menongue - Five people were killed and 3 others seriously injured on Tuesday as a result of a road accident that occurred on the National Road (EN) 280, in south-east Cuando Cubango province, a hospital source has announced.
The three seriously injured were rushed and admitted to this hospital at 7 pm on Tuesday, the Cuando Cubango General Hospital spokesperson told the press on Tuesday
Jonathan Kassoma added that among the survivors there was a 28-year-old young man, who was diagnosed with traumatic brain injury.
High speed is believed to be the main cause of the accident.
