Caxito – The Nurses' association in the Province of Bengo of the new term in office wants to strengthen continuous training plans for professionals with the aim to make them better trained to perform their activities.
The information was made by the president of the Provincial Board of the Nurses' association (ORDENFA) in the province, Escritório Capacap Faustino, who promised to revitalise the functioning of the offices both in the municipalities and at the general hospital's units.
The official who was elected Wednesday to lead the association in Bengo, wants to boost the registration of new members and to improve work conditions in the region´s headquarters.
To recall, the handing over of applications started on 23 January and closed on 9 February, while the campaign period was held between 14 February to 12 March.
Escritório Faustino won the opponents António Malembani and Álvaro Matubakana.
The province of Bengo has a sanitary network made up of six municipal hospitals, three general hospitals, 22 health centres, one child health centre and 73 health posts. MD/IF/MRA/DOJ
