Luanda - The minister of Health Sílvia Lutucuta on Monday assured that the payment of subsidies to Covid-19’s pandemic “front line” professionals will resume soon shortly.
The information was provided to the press at the end of a meeting, held in Luanda, with the Nurses' Union, the General Inspectorate of State Administration (IGAE) and the ministries of Finance and Public Administration, Labor and Social Security.
She explained that the beneficiaries of the subsidies will be the technicians who worked in the Vaccination Stations, Covid-19 Treatment Centers and in the Rapid Response Teams.
During the meeting, in addition to the payment of Covid-19 subsidies, other matters were also discussed, with emphasis on the increase in the basic salary of average Health technicians and career promotions. VIC/DOJ
