Luanda – Angolan health authorities have reported 349 new infections, two deaths and 58 recoveries in the last 24 hours.
According to the Secretary of State for Public Health, Franco Mufinda, who was speaking at the daily covid-19 update session, 229 cases were reported in Luanda province.
New infections were also reported in the provinces of Namibe with 36, Benguela (34), Cabinda (27), Huíla (12), Uíge (8), Cunene (2) and Zaire (1).
Patients include 238 men and 111 women, with ages ranging from 1 to 81 years old.
Angola has 11,577 cases, 291 deaths and 5,230 recoveries.
