Luanda - The Vice-President of Angola, Esperança da Costa, presided over on Friday the 2nd Ordinary Session of the Interministerial Commission for the Implementation of the National Plan for Staff Training (CI-PNFQ).
According to a press release sent to ANGOP, the CI-PNFQ is responsible for coordinating and boosting cooperation between the various institutions with competences in education, teaching and staff training, and manages the analyzing, monitoring and evaluating system, presenting the results of the implementation of the plan.
The commission also aims to promote the coordination of education, science, qualification and vocational training policies with those relating to social inclusion and labor, and to propose and approve the allocation of financial, material and technological resources necessary for the proper implementation of the PNFQ.
The commission must also create an integrated information and management system for education and training provision, and align its implementation with the other strategic objectives set out in the National Development Plan (PDN) 2023-2027.
The CI-PNFQ is made up of the ministers of Economy, Planning, Territorial Administration, Public Administration, Labor and Social Security, Education, Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, and the president’s aides for Economic Affairs and Social Affairs, as well as the director of the Executive Office of the same entity.
