Luanda - The Vice-President of the Republic, Esperança da Costa, will chair on Tuesday the 1st Ordinary Meeting of the Inter-ministerial Commission for the implementation of the National Plan for Staff Training (CI-PNFQ).
The meeting will analyze aspects related to the readjustment of the composition of the Inter-ministerial Commission, the terms and approval of the “Angola Human Capital 2024-2037” (ACH), as well as the CI-PNFQ Activity Plan.
CI-PNFQ has the attributions, among others, to ensure the coordination and dynamization of cooperation between the various institutions with competences in the field of education, teaching and training of staff, advising the Head of the Executive Power on cross-cutting matters of education, staff training, science and technology in a perspective of defining national policies and strategies in the medium and long term.
In addition, it manages the system for analyzing, monitoring, evaluating and presenting the results of the implementation of the National Plan for Staff Training.
Coordinated by the Vice-President of the Republic, Esperança da Costa, it is also incumbent on the CI-PNFQ to promote the coordination of education, science, qualification and vocational training policies with policies related to social inclusion and work, to propose and approve the allocation of financial, material and technological resources necessary for the proper implementation of the PNFQ, to promote the creation of an integrated system of information and management of the educational and training offer, as well as aligning its implementation with the other strategic objectives contained in the 2023-2027 NDP.
