Ndalatando - The first secretary of UNITA political party in the Province of Cuanza Norte, Francisco Fernandes, has expressed the party's willingness to work with the provincial government to develop the province aiming to improve the quality of life of the population.
The official who was speaking on Sunday at the opening of the 4th Ordinary Meeting of UNITA's Provincial Committee, said that for the good of the province and Angola in general, the Provincial Government can count on the party.
Francisco Fernandes also known as "Falua", hopes that the governor will work to promote unity among citizens in the province, preserve peace, combat exclusion and political intolerance.
For UNITA's first provincial secretary, the new provincial governor's motto, "Together hand in hand", should imply the inclusion of everyone, for the development of the province.
UNITA's provincial leader in Cuanza-Norte welcomed the appointment of João Diogo Gaspar as the new governor of the province and hopes that this change will contribute to improving the province's governance and the social conditions of the population.
Meanwhile, he urged the participants in the IV Ordinary Meeting to work harder so that in the electoral challenges UNITA leads the political mosaic in the province.
