Luanda - The Foreign minister of Angola, Téte António, and the Under-Secretary-General for UN Peacekeeping Operations, Jean-Pierre Lacroix, met on Tuesday in New York, United States of America.
The meeting focused on the current challenges of the Luanda Process and cooperation with United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO) for the stabilization of Eastern region of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), as well as the Angolan presidency of the African Union.
The encounter took place within the scope of the work visit that minister Téte António made to the headquarters of the United Nations (UN), in New York.
