Cabinda - The Migration and Foreigners Service (SME) in the province of Cabinda has repatriated, in recent days, 33 citizens of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Congo, for migratory irregularities.
In a press release, to which ANGOP had access on Monday, the corporation indicates that, of this number, 28 citizens are from the DRC and five from the Republic of Congo, repatriated through the border posts of Yema and Massabi, respectively.
The document states that these illegal immigrants were collected in several neighborhoods in the region, as part of the control and inspection actions of foreign citizens in an irregular migratory situation.
Located in the north of Angola, the province of Cabinda shares a vast land, river and sea border with the two Congos (DRC and Congo). JFC/JL/DOJ
