Luanda - Cabinet Council’s Economic Commission approved Thursday the Legal Regime on Electronic Communication of Fiscal Procedure and Tax Execution Procedure.
The document sets the rules applying to notifications and other communications related to the fiscal procedure and tax execution process.
A press note released at the end of Ordinary Session of the Economic Commission, chaired by the head of State João Lourenço, states that the measure also defines the electronic submission formalities of taxpayers' declarations and the documents that must be attached.
The session also gave thumbs up to the Operational Framework for Sustainable Financing, a document that establishes the State's guidelines in the international debt market.
Legal diplomas
Thursday's session also analysed the legal diplomas, with stress to the Presidential Decree that approves the Regulation of Cooperative Credit Societies.
The initiative aims to ensure enhanced protection for the deposits of partners or members, not only in the event of insolvency of the Sociedade Cooperativa de Crédito (Credit Cooperative Society, in English), but also in the event of resolution.
The government team also reviewed the Presidential Decree approving the Regulation of Microcredit Societies. AFL/AL/ADR
