Luanda - Attorney Generals of Angola and Cabo Verde are to sign a cooperation agreement in several areas, the two countries institutions have announced.
The Attorney Generals from Angola and Cabo Verde respectively, Hélder Pitta Gróz and Luís Landim, announced so in Praia, Cabo Verde, during a bilateral meeting held on Monday.
Luís Landim referred to the several cooperation actions developed by both institutions based on International Conventions of the Community of Portuguese Speaking Countries (CPLP) and Portuguese Speaking African Countries (PALOP).
According to him, such actions led to a bilateral cooperation agreement between the two institutions.
In turn, Angola's Attorney General Hélder Pitta Gróz said the agreement would be signed in Luanda between 1 and 2 December, 2022, at the 19th Meeting of CPLP Attorneys General.
Experts from both countries are working on the achievement of this goal, set by the leadership.
Hélder Pitta Gróz is leading a delegation of the Angolan Attorney General's Office to Cabo Verde.
