Luanda - The President of the Republic, João Lourenço, visited on Saturday the Girassol clinic, in Luanda, to bring a word of comfort and encouragement to nationalist Jorge Valentim, who is hospitalized in that unit.
On his Twitter account, the Angolan Head of State said that Jorge Valentim was godson of his father, Sequeira João Lourenço.
He added that the nationalist "was very helpful" during his father's arrest by the then Portuguese political police - PIDE, when he was a worker at the Port of Lobito, in Benguela.
In February of the current year, President João Lourenço had a similar gesture with the politician Lopo do Nascimento, who was hospitallzado in the same clinic.
